Micronutrients vs Macronutrients

There are two types of nutrients. Those two types of nutrients are micronutrients and macronutrients and the big difference between the two is that micronutrients determine how you feel and macronutrients determine how you look. 

 

Micronutrients consist of vitamins and minerals which play a major role in regulating how we feel on a daily basis. 

 

Macronutrients consists of protein, fat and carbohydrates.
